The NIJISANJI EN Official Store strives for excellence, but if your apparel or merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all fashion items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Submit a support ticket through our official contact form including your order number, photos of the item, and a clear image of the shipping label.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days to verify the defect or error and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the RMA document inside the parcel before shipping it to our designated regional warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, we will inspect the goods and process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement fashion items within one week.
